    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF" face="verdana,geneva" size="2"&gt;Hi, between the middle and the bottom of my screen aren't working, I've run a diagnostics on it, it failed 3 touch tests. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF" face="verdana,geneva" size="2"&gt;Phones not been exposed to excess heat, cold or any liquid, it's not been dropped or sustained any kind of physical damage either.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF" face="verdana,geneva" size="2"&gt;Just had it updated for a lock screen issue, worked fine before that problem.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF" face="verdana,geneva" size="2"&gt;Model LT26i , Soft' Vers' 6.2.B.0.200 (don't know if it's latest as can't type some keyboard letters to enter my wifi password to check it, in portrait or landscape), Android Vers' 4.1.2. Any ideas other than sending it to the dreaded Sony Centre for 2 months?, cheers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
