Rip the music on your PC with Windows Media Player > once done > on WMP > albums > right click on the new album > search music info > then you can transfer it with the correct album art and info

Hi there,

I use my Xperia for listening to music an awful lot, much more than my iPod; which I haven't turned on since I got my Xperia J - I just love the sound quality so much more.

I do have an issue though. For a while now, the auto-updating of the music track's details hasn't been functioning as I think it is designed to.

I get my music from CDs that I've been out and paid for; all official copies and such like. But, even when I transfer the tracks over for the first time, it will only show the name of the song. This will annoy me to a point where I decide to go through all of my music and update the song information to the best of my ability - but this is tedious.

My phone is not rooted or hacked in anyway.

I'm hoping there's something that can be done about this as it is a fault that makes the app a bit of a let down really.

Please help,

Thanks.
