Can we update or flash the ROM to Android jelly bean 4.3 for Xperia SL?

as i knew that Xperia SP will have the update for android 4.3 knowing that Xperia SP and SL having almost the same specfications !!

Yes,but still not almost the same.SP is a newer and more powerful device.I do not think SL will get 4.3,but I hope for the best.

i know that sony won't update the Xperia SL to android 4.3!

If you get the 4.3 custom ROM,I think you are free to do whatever you want.
