    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of late, I have been receiving an &amp;nbsp;"USB Device not recognized" error when i connect my Xperia GO phone to my PC or Laptop. I have tried to connect the phone via USB in all the USB ports available and have also tried connecting in other machines too but no luck. Can you please instruct me on how to resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you try with another USB cable to exclude a faulty cable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you experience the same problem with another cable, I recommend that you have the phone examined at a service center. Please contact your local support for more information about the nearest service center:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
