Problem with sound

I seem to have problems with my phone (Sony Xperia E) whenever I plug in my Sony headphones or any other earphones the left ear bud is not working and I tried the headphones on other devices and there working fine. I am so annoyed as I got it fixed only two weeks ago.

ar eu using headfones provided with the handset? if not then always use handset provided with the handset!
