TIPO HANGING AND ECHO PROBLEM

Hi sony i am using TIPO dual for about 9 months but since I bought this phone I found many problems with this phone . Its always hanging when i'm working and then I have to remove my battery and switch on the phone again,because I'm not even able to shutdown my phone when it hangs and it totally unresponsible. Eventhough I have approached your service centre for more than 3 times but they always install me the OS again again but there was no improvement. And the mobile is always slow eventhough I have installed very few applications and sometimes it shows that"running out of RAM" . Another major problem is ECHO and as we know this is a common problem for all user then why can't you take steps to fix these issues. If you are really have some responsible on customers then you should fix it as soon as possible because you have to keep in mind that you are loosing your good brand name in the market only because of this.

I bought this phone only because of my Trust upon SONY but you really disappointing me.I think SONY in collaboration with ERICCSON was itself good than this SONY mobiles because I am using "SONY ERICSSON NAITE" for about more than 2 years but still there is no problem with that and because of that I gone again for SONY MOBILE but you really disapponted and cheated me(us). Please give me some genuine solution for my problem.

i am also facing the same problem. this phone is the shame on the face of SONY. i fact in my tipo i am not able to type a single sms. it take lot of effort the touch screen is horrible.

Hey I cannot help you with the Echo problem, because even I was facing these two problems, now I have none of these two.

How?

Answer is I really don`t know how the echo problem got solved, I didnt do anything, it got solved on its own.

But I can give a solution for the hanging problem..

To get rid of this problem, all you have to do is,

Just restart your phone once a day, like when you get up morning and get fresh i.e., when you get up, see the msgs, check your mails and other things, and when you are going to get fresh or take bath, switch it off, and once you return, turn it on, by this way, the cell phone has two advantages,

1. Since phone will be turned off, it will get rid of the heat, at least til you switch it on.

2. And everything inside phone like registries, and all that technical stuff gets reset, which will you freshen up your phone, And Volla...!!!

No restarting on its own, or no automatically getting switched off or hanging issues...

No more of this problem..

It worked out fine for me, let me know how it worked out for you..

SONY EXPERIA TIPO IS THE WORST PHONE....IT ASKS ME AGAIN AND AGAIN TO SEND FEEDBACK TO FACEBOOK,LINE,WHATSAPP...ETC...IT HANGS FREQUENTLY...WHEN I PRESS A CALL BUTTON TO CALL SOMEONE IT PROCESSES THE CALL AFTER 2 MINUTES UPTIL THEN WE HAVE TO WAIT...SO AT THE TIME OF EMERGENCY THIS PHONE WILL NEVER HELP US..
