Hello all!

First of all, I'd like to say how my experience with my Xperia Z is one of my best on a phone so far. Everyone's amazed by the HD resolution, and I keep my photos and videos in HD while shooting.

Unfortunately, this is where my current problem arises: I shot a video during an event that, afterwards, was seen to be 4.3 GB in size! I have to transfer the videos to my computer because we're processing them. The smaller videos (1-2 GB) were able to transfer successfully, but not this 4.3 GB file.

1. I tried Sony Bridge for Mac's "Import Photos" option. Even overnight, it was still loading.

2. I then tried to import the videos and other photos using the file browser option on Bridge. While the photos and smaller videos worked (indicated by the bar meter that comes out when importing), the bar never even started to fill up for the 4.3 GB clip - even overnight.

3. I then tried to send the thing via Bluetooth. After a few hours, the sharing became unsuccessful, due to an error saying that tha target device didn't support it.

I understand that while you can treat your phone as a USB drive, it will access only your external storage, and not your internal storage. Apparently, all images and clips shot on the phone go to the internal storage.

Is there anything I can do to successfully send this clip to my computer without touching my files on the external storage? It has only about 3 GB of space left.

Thanks.
