Locked device

Hello!
I have bought Sony Experia tipo in Russia and sent it to Cuba
With the Sim there it became blocked! What should I do? Should I really send it back to Russia or I can nothing with it already??

Is or was this phone ever locked to a carrier /network branded?

if it was, you have to unlock it, you will have to contact your carrier but most of the time they don't give out this codes, if they can't or wont help you, there are ways around it

you can Remove the Network lock from your phone using unlock code.Unlock code is the best way to unlock phone.You can get the unlock code for your Sony Xperia tip phone from any third party online vendors like Mobile-Unlocker.com here you need to specify your country, Network name to which it is locked, IMEI number of your phone. Then they deliver unlock code to you through mail with unlocking instructions. Using this you can unlock your phone from Network lock easily.
