Voice Breaking Issue's

Hello,

I have been using the Xperia Z for the last 3 months, Not a single problem until now. Every time i get a call or i make a call, the voice of the receipent keeps breaking up. Its a long pause, sometimes the voice comes back and sometimes it does not. So disconnect the call and call back. The worst thing is that this happens only with the phone's ear peice. If i use the headphones or the Speaker option it works fine.

The litmus paper on the head phone jack is red in color however no signs of water damage. And when i used the diagnostics app of xperia the sound was perfect without any breaks. So dont know whts the issue. Will be taking it to the service center tomorrow, however is there a way to avoid going there and fixing the issue myself? Or atleast feguring out what is the problem.

Do you think it could be water damage?

I am scared this guys are gona say it was my fault and not cover it under warranty...

its odd that you don't hear that noise through headphones which means its not a network issue nor SIM card issue and its fine with diagnostics
