It will not start and then I will have to open the back cover and then use a pin to restart the phone. I do not understand why this is happening. I have tried to reinstall the phone software via the official sony pc companion but that was of no use. I keep getting a message "Xperia homescreen is not responding,please close or wait". I do not understand if this is an issue with the software or something to do with the hardware.
