      <title>hard reset Xperia SP</title>
      <link>https://community.sony.com.mk/t5/xperia-archive/hard-reset-xperia-sp/m-p/3115525#M298144</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I ran the App PREY to see if it would locate my SP and now the phone is locked. I've tried all day and been on the PREY forums to no avail. I've decided to do a hard reset but can't do it. I've turned the phone off, then held the power button and volume button and it just brings me to a SIM lock password screen which I input and then to a password screen which PREY has generated and I can't get by it. What do I need to do to get the phone to turn on and do a hard reset without going to password screens? The off switch behind the back cover is no good to me. I cannot get to settings on the phone either as I can't access anything in the phone. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
