My Xperia SL keep restarting

My Xperia SL restarts on many cases

when i don't use it suddenlly it restarts

when i make acall restarts

when i was on facebook restarts

it restarts every week or two weeks

so when i went to service center they don't see the problem they only test it for 3 days

and tell me no restart problem

i don't know what i should do to prove that to them

i still have ICS software on my phone

IS this restart problem from hardware or from software??????????
