Forget Pin on Lock Screen

Hi,

I forgot my pin number that is requested when my tablet starts or when the tabel is on the lock screen. Every 5 incorrect attempts I have to wait 30 seconds to try again, however, there doesn't seem to be an option to reset my pin. Is there a way to factory reset my tablet or to resolve this problem.
