As well as carrier apps available from the play store (3, my vodafone...), there is also a built in part of android (the link above) to check your data usage and set caps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am upgrading to an Xperia Z and have been told by the people at 3 that i need to go with them because they offer unlimited data usage and the other tariffs available through other providers will not be enough, even on 1 or 2gb, because the Xperia uses a lot more data when browsing - seems like sales talk to me - is this nonsense ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
