Is this a service?

Hi,

I purchased Xperia E Dual on 11 April 2013 from Pune. On 12th July the phone stopped working and was not showing any symptoms of starting. When i submitted the phone in service centre, people there mentioned that they will have to change PCB to start it and i agreed to do so, after a week i got call stating that the phone is ready to be delivered. On 19th July i visited the service centre and saw that the phone is not supporting any Sim card. So i denied to take that phone and asked them to repair it. Cervice centre head mentioned that they will have to change PCB again, after waiting for few more days I got call that phone is ready to be delivered. I saw the phone and that was working too slow. Still i thought the phone will start working automatically. On 26th July I got my phone and I took that with me, All of a sudden on 27th July phone stopped working and when i contacted service centre those people are saying that they will change PCB again. And when I asked then for replacement, those people mentioned that they will not give any replacement (Do whatever you want) . They were so rude and clearly mentioned that i will have to speak to call centre, those people mentioned that this is not their problem. Now what should i say. Can anyone help me on this?? Should i file a complaint in consumer court? As my uncle is commisoner police that wont be problem for me.

I've already sent you whole information on 2nd August. Still I haven't received any call from the company. Do you actually mean that you are sorry to hear about my bad experience with Sony Services?? I don't think so.

Well, I have sent your case further to the local unit. There isn't really much else I can do right now.
