i have wirless problem in my phone xperia U

when i try to turn on wirless or bluetooth . it give me " error "

what solve for this problem ?

You could try the basic, which is reinstall/repair your phone with SUS or PCC

If uliwooly's advice does not work,just reset to factory settings.
