Xperia z Battery Problem and Android OS problem

I bought my xperia z on april 8, and since then im experiencing battery issues, but it's okay with me because i know that the screen of my xperia z consumes a large amount of batter percentage,and i understand that, then after few months when i came home at 3 am my battery percentage is at 60% then i slept for almost 6 hours, then when i woke up i look at my phone and my battery life is at 4% and i felt that the back part of my xperia z is hot then i look at the settings and then powermanagement and then i saw that my ANROID OS consumes about 61% of my battery and saw that its the one that keeps my phone AWAKE... and it keeps happening every sunday.. so before i sleep i need to fully charge my xperia z to avoid battery drainage.. and sorry for my english hope you understand it...

PLS HELP ME...

most likely its either

1) an app or apps acting up

2) your phone is syncing apps, thus draining your battery

stay away from

taskillers

task managers

antivirus

ram apps

battery apps

booster apps

Thanks for the reply,, but i think that is not the problem,, cause im not using too much apps, im using my phone just for music and texting,, but i dont know what is the main preoblem, it jsut drain my battery every sunday..
