Unknown error in camera

Hi, when I enter the camera and push the button to record video and nothing happens after a few seconds I get a window that says "unknown error" and then I can not do anything but go back to the main menu. What can I do?

Try this

1) restart your phone

2) settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > restart your phone

if neither 1 or 2 work then

3) repair your phone with SUS or PCC

remember that is a english only support forum

Anyway

- Do you have this problem from purchase?

- Can you make photos without any issue?
- Did you try to change capture resolution or to use front camera?

- Did you try a third party app from play store?
