Xperia S stuck in infinite reboot loop after update to ICS - help needed

Here is the thing...!

Yesterday i tried to update my software... The pc turn it off by it self and my phone got stucked in a infinite looping... Turns on, shows the SONY logo then shuts down.... infinite times...

I tried to solve it with PC companion and Sony Ericsson Update Service but nothing works..

The window says updating... then a few minutes later shows ERROR: the batery is not complete charged...

Try Rebooting your phone by-

Press and hold both the volume up key and the power
key for five seconds.
After your phone vibrates once, release the keys. The phone restarts automatically.

If that doest work try this.

You should have 50% above charge, so keep charging until you get green light.

Switch off your mobile wait few seconds, use SUS and follow instruction.
