Power OFF button and LOWER volume button simultaneously should do the trick.

Well, that is the way to make screenshots in version 4.2.2. In previous versions you can do the same, but also use the on/off button and press "take screenshot".

Hey.

Just long-press the power button. You'll get a menu with 3 options. One of the options is to take a screenshot.

That doesn't work on the Xperia Z. It's a long press on the power button.

On the Xperia Z it's not "power button" + "volume button". Get your facts right support guy.

Well, I've got my facts all correct. For 4.2.2 it's volume down + power button. For previous versions it's the same, or you can also use the power button and choose the screenshot option.

I had my phone experia z the first with the choice menu on the powerbutton. Now i have a new the same type experia Z , does not have this choice on de power button. howe can I make this choice button on my phone now?

Unfortunately it's not possible to get the option back to the power button, you will have to use the power+volume down button.
