Phone doesn't start

Hey look at the day yesterday, I was sending msg on my phone I leave on my desk and when I saw that I no longer had any message come check and saw that I wanted to turn off and then turn and did not catch on, I thought you had finish the battery (low battery but not marked, nor is at 100% of battery, but if I had), and connect it lit the light bulb indicating that this loading, I wanted to reboot with volume + key and power button but did nothing, contact sony chat, but they said they had to do from pc companion, but kept plugging pinned the volume key - and attach it but did nothing, I'm desperate, because where I live there are currently no Telcel care center and I have to travel to take and I really is expensive, and not to do ... by fa any suggestions or something to help me ...

Connect your phone to the wall charger > Does the LED notification light turn on? if it does then let it charge for about 30min to an hour > after 30min to an hour > install SUS on your PC > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run SUS > follow the steps.

make sure that you press and hold Volume down BEFORE you connect the USB cable
