Sound problem in TIPO Dual

I have been facing an unexpected problem since last two days.

Yesterday all of a sudden I was not able to listen anyone's voice during call. After several calls, all of a sudden i tried loudspeaker and I was able to liten properly. I tried with handsfree, I was able to talk. BUT IF I TRY CALLING DIRECTLY FROM PHONE (WITHOUT LOUDSPEAKER) I CAN NOT LISTEN ANYTHING.

The same problem is there in listening music. When I play any music, it can be listened on haedset/handsfree but not from the phone directly.

Please guide me what is the problem ?? Also whaat can be solution ??

I also tried to restore original factory settings but it has also not worked out...

Sounds like there may be a problem with the ear speaker in your phone.

First try making a repair of the phones software using PC Companion (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/) and see if that helps. If the ear speaker still doesn't work i recommend that you contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) or a service location for further investigation and repairs.
