Annoying problem with playlists

I very frequently use the playlists in Xperia L and I get this extremely annoying bug where the playlist automatically bumps some songs around when I try to move tracks into correct position. It happens 95% of the time I edit a playlist. It's like the phone locks a certain song to the new song added, so when I move the new song up in the playlist it automatically moves the other song as well. It keeps doing this over and over as I add new songs or modify the playlists.

To get around this I have to remove songs from the playlist and add them again and pray it ends up where it should and doesn't get moved around automatically. Sometimes it can take 10-15 minutes just to get the playlist as I want it.

It's important for me cause I'm a group fitness instructor and the songs need to be in correct order.

Has anyone got a solution to this problem?

Strange issue

What app do you use to listen music?
You can try to clean cache of the application

I'm using the built-in one, the walkman. Haven't tried clearing the cache actually, think I'll try that.
