Xperia Go Problem - Tether

Hello !

I would like to notify Sony about the tethering.

Since I have upgraded my phone to JB, moreover than the problem on phone calls, I can't use the tethering in wifi nor in USB.

I am able to connect my computer to my phone by wifi; to connect my phone to internet, BUT internet doesn't go to my computer. My phone blocks my computer to internet since the wretched upgrade.

I recommend that you contact your operator to check that your subscription supports tethering and that you have the correct settings for tethering under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names.

With Android 4.0 and later it's possible for the operator to see if you're using tethering or not and block it if your subscription doesn't support it.

I have explored this solution, and a strange thing is to add "dun" to the APN type.

In ICS, it wasn't necessary to add this Dial-Up Network. But in JB, it is necessary !
It permits to use the modem.
