Press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time until the phone vibrates three times to turn if off.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

Basically i tried to update the software of the phone since the notification would not go away. Well it failed twice at updating so i gave up on it, for some reason as a result my phone is frozen on the sony boot up screen. I have tried resseting the phone several times but this has not helped. Is there anything i can do to get this piece of crap phone to work again.
