Xperia U problem receiving text messages and touch problem

I have problem revceing sms. Most of the time it's ok, but sometimes I have delay in revceiving mesages and I receive them all in bulk after couple of hours or sometimes I never receive them. I tried using other phone and its working fine. Problem is with the my xperia U and not with service provider.

No RAM issue. 120+ MB free

No software issue.

Note: I have serviced my mobile twice for this issue and they said software update will work.

Moreover I have faced touch problem twice and I got my touch panel changed.

I bought my xperia U on Aug 12 2012. My warranty is about to expire by Aug 12 2013. Till date I have faced,

touch problem twice (every 4 months)
sms revceiving problem for past 2 months and I serviced twice but still not fixed

I'm highly disappointed.

Today I'm going for fourth service for sms issue. Are they going to update software till my warrranty expires?

Admin, I need a solution from you.

Sorry to hear about your problem. I you still have problems with SMS when you get your phone back from service I suggest that you try with another SIM card in your phone. I know you have tried with your SIM card in another phone and it works fine but maybe there is some problem with your phone and the SIM card you are using. Maybe it will work better with a brand new SIM card.
