When I first got my phone it didnt work properly when charging. When plugged in I couldnt use the screen problem, I could tap the bottom of the screen but it'd select something at the top of the screen. However, unplugged it's worked fine. Then I did a system update and it worked fine plugged in too. But 4 days later, the problem has come back while plugged in. I have not dropped the phone once, no where near water or anything. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated as I have just customised all the features on the phone to my liking and am going on holiday tomorrow. Thanks
