The phone can't ring if someone call and even can't make any sound during any application. The silent mode is off. But it can't ring . Even if i hear a song, it can't make any sound. accept for using a headphone. nothing wrong with the speaker. when someone call, its appear there, "player error" . What is that? How i can handle this.? thank for the ideas.

In other words the loud speaker work just fine but not when you play music?

if it doesn't work at all, test it with

if it doesn't work when you play music then try this

settings > apps > all > walkman > clear everything > try again
