Hello

I've bought the phone on august 15, since then once a day it crashes accidentaly. Screen shows only sony logo and the only way to turn it on is to press "off" button in the back of the phone. Crashes don't follow any special action, they just happen randomly. Atfer it when the phone is on message "bug report failed no new crash data in dropbox" appear. Software was updated through sony pc companion, but it didn't help.
What's the cause of the crashes and how can i solve it?

so you updated the software after facing the problem ?

save all your data and try updating once again but this time chose the format option. this will delete all the data and repair the software. maybe some app is causing all the crashes.

remove the sd card and then check before formatting.

if you still get the problem i'll suggest you to take the phone to the nearest service center and get it checked,

would advice you to do a factory reset and erase all data on phone and sd card then update to latest soft ware but insert sd card after factory reset before you update to latest firmware . let me know how you get on . cheers
