Xperia go - doesnt ring

I have had my phone less than 5 months. It used to work fine but now time after time when someone calls me, there is no sound, it just vibrates. Even tho the sound is turned on. Comes back when someone calls for several times / restart. What should I do so it would ring every time when the sound is on?

Try to start your phone in safe mode to see if you the problem can be caused by some 3rd party app installed in your phone:

If the problem persists in safe mode I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

I have this problem from time to time.

It is caused by a switch of the profile to "Silence". I don't know what causes this change.

To solve the problem, I just have to go to Parameters/Profiles and select Default instead of Silence.
