HI ALL,

i have been facing a problem for last two days. I updated my Xperia P to JB using pc companion. It was working fine. Suddenly there was an issue in the morning the day before yesterday. It suudenly started to Reboot automatically.

First the logo of sony and xperia comes and dissolves. Then the default loading wave of xperia appears but instead of going to the lock/home screen it starts the booting process again and this process repeats.

I switched off my phone using lockkey+volume up. i tried to update/repair my phone using PC copanion and Sony Update service. Both case the latest software is downloaded and installed. But after installation when i try to switch on, it goes to the menu screen normally and asks me to select time format, language etc... but suddenly it starts to fall on the reboot loop again and then never goes to the main screen

What should i do? Try to flash my ROM?

Plzzz help

This is happening to me on my Xperia z, I'm so frustrated as I use my phone as an office most of the time. I tried to update and follow all advice from different forums with no luck. Today I will return back to store as one very unhappy customer. This could be the end of my very short relationship with Sony. Has your problem been solved ?

Thank you again!

1. Should i wipe cache before flashing this ROM or after flashing?

2. Is it enough to perform 'factory reset' to wipe cache, data, dalvik cache or i need to do something else/extra?

Thanks in advance.
