Sony xperia Sp touchscreen problem

When i opened the Sony for first time, it was available an update that i did it. After sometimes, when the touchscreen is locked and i press the button in order to unlock it, it doesn;t respond. Touchscreen's light turns on without seeing the backround and the menu. The same happened two times as someone called me. Touchscreen didn't open although every move of my finger on it was acceptable. Please help me, i have the phine only 4 days.

Take your phone to a Sony repair center, you could repair it but it seems more hardware related than software

i sent the phone to fix it! after 10 days i took yesterday! I think that they only upgrade again it and nothing more. After two hours the non-responding of the screen was there. After a twice press of the button everything is ok.
