It is noticeable (three white dots) when the phone is booted up or black image/background. I just dont mind about those as I am happy with my device. I didn't experience any issues so far. Its been a month already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
