Hello

I from india

i have a sony xperia e single sim with os 4.1.1 out of the box

i want to update my system software,my build number is 11.3.a.0.59 and its showing new is available as 11.3.a.2.13......... when i check for update via phone or via pc companion its returns null( i.e; your phone is up to date no update required)

So, kindly throw some light on this.Thank you in advance.

PS: yes i tried to update via high speed wifi only.

You need to wait 2 or 3 days.. Its a minute error from Sony, even same used to happen for me... Sometimes it get fixed with in hours... So keep trying...

Update not yet come to india..... Only in few countries like Portugal..

But if we can't do this upgrade then we facing the same hanging problem..so there is any soloution to solv this hang problem in single sim xperia e..plz tell me....

Have you tried this?

There are a few things you should try first when you experience problems with your device:

Restart

Disable Facebook....
Remove unnecessary widgets...
Restart phone every two days..
Install nova launcher ,or ,next launcher,or, go launcher...(May help)..
turn off extended standby mode if on...
