Phone Keeps Crashing

Hi,

Ever since I updated the phone to 4.1.2, the phone has been crashing constantly (sometimes as many as 20 times a day), usually when on standby, but also when running apps and so on. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I have searched on the forum for answers, and found someone with a similar problem, and the advice was to carry out a repair of the software using the pC companion. I attempted this, however, while following the steps, when plugging the phone in while holding the volume down button, the phone simply goes to the charge screen.

I am really rather disappointed with the reliability of this phone, especially as I bought it to replace another sony xperia product which was experiencing similar problems, only to find that instead of removing these problems, the xperia t has only made them worse. Can you please also explain why, after the update, the maximum camera resolution decreased from 13mp to 12mp?

repair your phone with SUS or PCC also do you have a MICRO SIM card or did you trimmed your old SIM, if the later, get a brand new SIM card, if that doesn't work, take it to a Sony repair center

btw which build number do you have?
