Can you download actual PlayStation games such as gta v or fifa etc using the PlayStation mobile app or is it just rubbish, novelty games?

Not all PlayStation games are available for PlayStation Mobile and available games may also differ between different regions. You can find some examples of games here: http://us.playstation.com/playstationmobile/games/
