When I recieve a call I find the volume or loudness is very weak in other words hearig the other party is really a challenge and even hearing the ringer. I have followed all the options that were built into the phone to increase this area I'm having a problem with. My HTC was a great phone for this item. No problem hearing anything. The zl is a great phone all around except for this one item, Maybe itsa software glitch.Any suggestions.
