I cannot answer

As from the last two updates, when I answer my phone it stalls, and only after a while I am able to answer it, but it keeps vibrating for a while, and the person cannot hear me.

do you have any intrusive app (taskiller, task manager, antivirus) or another phone app?

Come on.. We both knows that is not any 3rd party app's fault, the firmware is laggy.
Stop wasting people time to do a factory reset and clean install with the following problems:

-call lag

-gps cant fix location
