k850i screen problems

Hi All,

I have this strange screen problem with my k850i, it doesn't go blank, but gets all fuzzy with lots of horizontal lines (very pixelated), you can still see the screen images, but it's difficult - and then all of a sudden it comes back picture perfect.

I've updated all software, run a repair - everything I can think of. I can't figure out if it's a loose wire or something else.

Any help/advice most gratefully received

Hi Melanie! I had that happen only once on my Blue k850i, right after I dropped it on the asphalt! But luckily it went away. If you can afford it you might want to take it to service center (if you have one near) and have them look at it. If something's loose in there it might get looser. But if the problem doesn't seem to get worse then don't let them rip you off. I dropped my phone so many times that it should have been broken in pieces by now, but it still works. Mine had low earpiece volume and some lag issues (long before I started dropping it), so that's why I got a different phone now (c905). But otherwise I really loved it.
