Skype and Viber not working properly

Hi,

I have a Xperia L and skype and viber are not working properly.

I can connect to these services and make calls properly, but it's quality is too poor, cutting words.

I have alread done a factory defaults, but the problem persist.

If I make the call from anoter device, the call is perfect on other devices, from the same net, to the same people.

Anybody having the same issue?

C2104 firmware 15.0.A.1.31

Have you tried with both mobile network and over WiFi?

Do you experience bad connection or sound in any other apps?

Hi,

No, I have tryied only via wifi.

There is no problem with my wifi network because I can make perfect calls from onter devices (an Xperia Neo V and a Notebook).

One more thing I have noticed is the wiki connection the the Xperia L keeps oscilatting.

For example:

1) I installed an FTP Server app inand started copying my musics to my Xperia L.

2) The FTP connecting keeps hanging up the connection, disconnecting, reconnecting

3) So the file transfer keeps tranfering bit to bit, disconnecting and reconnecting.

It suggest to me some wifi problem.

NOW YOU GUYS SHOULD RAD THE SONYS SPECS AGAIN

The Sonys front camera is for VIDEO CHATING NOT FOR VIDEO CALLING

so that means you cant use SKYPE OR VIBER in sonys devices

hit the kudos if you got the answer
