Transferring data from nokia e71 to xperia L

I have recently purchased sony xperia L. I would like to know how do i transfer all my data from my old phone (nokia E71) to this phone. I would like to transfer contacts, messages, photos, videos etc.?

photos, videos and music should be easy, if you have an SD card just insert the SD card on your new phone or mount your old phone to a PC > copy > paste on a folder on your PC > mount your new phone > copy paste the files.

as far as contacts sync them with google

You may wish to install PC Companion as it has contacts setup section on there which would allow you to transfer the contacts from your old phone to the Xperia L. With regards to the other data the info mentioned above is the easiest way to do that.
