Hi wonder if any1 can help,I am not gettin external sound but when headset in gettin sound ok.

try this

play music with the walkman app headphones on > stop the music > then unplug the headphones > restart your phone

if that doesn't work check if there is any dust in the 3.5mm jack if not then you could repair your phone with either PCC or SUS
