    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, this suggestion "Clear data for camera app under settings &amp;gt; apps &amp;gt; the tab all &amp;gt; camera &amp;gt; clear data" solved my issue in Xperia SP. However there is still two more dots. I had lot of dots at the top of the screen when Camera is turned on. After trying this option everything gone, but only two are there which I can live with it. Thanks for the most valuable tip. I am very sure this is not a physical problem, this is a software issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They told me is dead pixal in the camera. need to change the camera.
