    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restart Your Phone&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart your phone to turn off all running applications and to free up memory. Press and hold down both the volume up key and the power key&amp;nbsp; for 10 seconds. After your device vibrates three times, release the keys. The device turns off automatically. After the device is turned off, restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I cannot power on my phone&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="sectionheading"&gt;It might be that the battery is drained. If the battery is completely discharged, the phone needs to charge for a while before the battery status light lights up. Charge the battery for at least 30 minutes, and then turn on the phone.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="sectionheading"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="sectionheading"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The phone doesn't seem to charge&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV class="sectionheading"&gt;Disconnect the USB cable from the phone and then plug it into the Micro USB port on the phone again.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV class="sectionheading"&gt;It may take a few minutes before the battery light lights up when you connect the phone to a power source. If the battery is drained, it may take up to 30 minutes for the phone to respond to the charging. During this time, the screen may stay completely dark, not showing a charging icon.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV class="sectionheading"&gt;Make sure you use the Sony™ USB cable and power adapter that came with your phone, and that the cable is properly connected to the phone and the power adapter.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV class="sectionheading"&gt;Charge the phone using another USB cable, or charge the phone from a computer USB port, to rule out whether there is something wrong with the cable or the power adapter.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone not started...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i get full charged on morning and then...i go to the collage then my phone was ok.and i active to silent mode..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after one or two hour it's switched off...i trien to turn on but not started and not blinking light..after i also tried too charged mobile then also not started....it take just three month i was purchased...plz plz plz help me..?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
