      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi everyone, so i have a serious problem with my device,when i make or recieve a call,it works fine and the other guy hears me fine,but in my side i get some lags ,i hear like a (tick) sound effect then the other one voice starts to lag for a sec then works normally again and so on....,but i don't think it's speakers issue cuz they work great when i listen to music or watch a video,so what's that whould be?? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i need an answer guys pls cuz i can't use it as a phone anymore ,mine is xperia z,i noticed this issue after too things :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1-when i dropped my phone (not so much hight) about 50 cm (my phone is covered by a case)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2-when i updated it to the new update (the last one)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but i can't decide which one is responsible,i mean i was on my way to update it via pc when it dropped:smileyhappy:, (maybe not both of them) so i need ur help guys.thx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one more thing, when i restored my stuff after backing up , call log,contacts and messages didn't get restored,don't know why &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
