no 3g after update

My xperia j told me there is an update to version 11.2.a.0.31 and gave update.

Now the problem is that since that time I have no 3g signal (wcdma). only works with GSM and the speed is very slow.

using the pc companion (restore tools) doesn't work

Don´t know if it change something from the original baseband, does anyone have any recommendations?

when press *#*#7378423#*#* and access the service menu > simlock

i see a menu:

EX:

Network 0

Network Subset 0
Service Provider 0
Corporate 0
Sim 0

So you can access internet in your phone but it's slow? Is that correct?

How does the setting look under Settings > More.. > Mobile networks > Net mode ?

correct.

How does the setting look under Settings > More.. > Mobile networks > Net mode ?

wcdma / gsm

Using *#*#7378423#*#*, service info -> configuracion -> working Band/s:

gsm 850/900/1800/1900

wcdma 2100/900 (before the update it showme 850/1900)

That sounds really strange. I would recommend that you send in this phone to a service center for repair, as a regular update shouldn't change this. Contact your local Xperia Support for more information:
