Screen Password

Dear Sir

My Phone is Sony Ericsson Arc S. I was used the pattern, It's can unlock the screen. Next I used the PIN, I't's can unlock the screen. But when I used the password, I cannot unlock the screen. Beacuse it's dont have keyboard for press the password. So, what can I do? How can I unlock the screen from the password security?

please help me..

I'm a bit confused, is it that you can NOT unlock it because you forgot your password?

If you forgot your password, pin, pattern you have one option which is to use SUS to repair your phone

Keyboard missing 😮 sounds strange...

Keyboard will appear while touching input area... Have you tried this?

There are a few things you should try first when you experience problems with your device:

Restart
Restart your phone to turn off all running applications and to remove memory blocks. Remove and reinsert the battery and the SIM card. Then restart your phone.
Update
Update your phone to ensure that you have optimal performance and the latest enhancements. Read more about how to update and find latest software version.
Reset
Reset your phone to its original settings to remove memory blocks: Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone Don't forget to back up any important data saved on your phone!

IF nothing works try repairing using Sony Update Service...
