T-700 body got broken. Care center refused to repair, what to do?

Hello friends, I got T700, and its body has been broken badly. I asked the Care center to generate a job sheet for new body but they said phone model is no more in production and we cant generate job sheet. Does it means when a phone model production is closed, there is no repair/replacement for phone? I dont think its true. Can you suggest me how can i buy body for my phone. Or any other solution. Your advice please

Thank you for the answer. So they are selling outer body( OEM) now i am left with the inner plastic case that support circuit plane. Sometimes sellers call it bone of phone also. where i can get that?

And the site you have pasted here, it is reliable?

Why don't you do a Google search to see if you can find the inner case? I don't know whether the site I pasted is reliable as I 've never bought from them; you can Google that as well, I guess..
