      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;insert the SD card &amp;gt; on your phone go to &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;settings &amp;gt; storage &amp;gt; does the phone show the SD card (unmount option)? if it does &amp;gt; tap on unmount &amp;gt; wait &amp;gt; then format &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure to backup everything that's on the SD card on your computer as this will delete everything. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
