Hi! help me please! I have bought an Xperia E dual phone and I have a problem with SD card(micro sd). it doesn't word. But it worked well in my previous phone. So I can't listen to the music and can't use it as a ring tone. Help me please! What should I do?

insert the SD card > on your phone go to

settings > storage > does the phone show the SD card (unmount option)? if it does > tap on unmount > wait > then format

make sure to backup everything that's on the SD card on your computer as this will delete everything.

if that doesn't work reformat your SD card on your computer
