Too slow/ poor performance after JB update

My xperia ion phone has became slow after updating to JB from ICS. Phone has became slower than that of ICS. Most of the time phone freezes and have to frequently force start. Tried repairing but unfortunately phone is still slow. Any help?

that's odd, the Xperia Ion its quite similar to the Xperia T/TL and JB its quite smooth, can you elaborate on the issues?
